We are building a luxury pool resort in the N. Eastern province of Thailand.... near Maha Sarakham. There are only a few hotels with small to medium size swimming pools, but currently NO luxury large pool resorts. Maha Sarakham has a massive influx of educated, adult students who come to do short courses at the University in the area. There is also a very affluent Thai community in the area that would welcome short breaks at the resort as well as the many foreigners that come to the area and cannot find anywhere like this to stay....
